As a tool for accountability, you will send a weekly report to your coach summarizing any milestones or setbacks you may have had. Your coach will be using this information to gauge your progress and make helpful suggestions or modifications for the next week.

You will be given an account to our platform, where you can submit your online check-in, communicate with your coach, track your progress, and access a knowledge-base of educational information.
